Registration Details

Registration Fee:
EARLY REGISTRATION $575 BEFORE JAN 1ST. 2022 
                         
$600 After Jan. 1st 2022



 - NO REFUNDS will be given after Jan 1, 2022.

Note: There are No Gate Fees or Parking Fees at our tournaments.


 The main source of contact for all tournament information will be through e-mail: fireintheskysoftball@gmail.com, Please be sure to place this e-mail address in your “safe list” so you are sure to receive all information & e-mails.


A final roster and USA Softball ID # must be turned in at the registration tent by the 1st day of the tournament.


Tournament Details:
  • Teams that have completed and submitted the Registration Form and paid the registration fee will be first to be registered. We have a limited amount of teams we can take.
  • Pool Play Creation: Blind Draw by Tournament Director 
  • ASA/USA Book Rules.
  • Games will be played in Orrville, Ohio and the surrounding area.
  • Two ASA/USA Sanctioned Umpires every game. No Protests!
  • 4 game guarantee.
  • Roster batting allowed during pool play only.
  • Three pool games then single elimination tournament after teams are seeded.
  • First Place will receive a Team Trophy, Individual Player Awards.
  • Second Place will receive a Team Trophy, Individual Player Awards.
  • Semi-Finalists will receive a Team Trophy.


Entry Fee Refund Due to Rainout - In the event the tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, refunds will be paid based on amount of games played and non-recoverable costs.

JUNE 24TH - 26TH 2022
